Biography
Our company owner, Fidel Villarreal, enlisted in the Texas Army National Guard in 1997 and was honorable discharged after 9 years. It was there where he first gained experience in human resources.
In, 2000, Fidel started his recruiting career as a staffing specialist and quickly moved through the ranks to become the selling branch manager, working for a staffing firm that focused on the manufacturing, telecom and clerical & administrative positions. He then went on to gain experience in selling and recruiting for information technology, engineering and accounting & finance industries.
After having nearly 20 years of industry experience, Fidel had an opportunity to pursue his career goal of starting his own business. He has always desired to have his own staffing company and deliver a boutique-style of staffing services. Fidel started his company in July 2018 and was immediately able to sign a few loyal clients.
